The inspection preformed on the house we are buying was above and beyond our Expectations. He was thorough and was available to answer any questions.

I couldn't be more impressed with the inspection done by Jake. He did an extremely thorough inspection over every last detail of the house and made an even more detailed report. The report you get from him not only shows defects, (ranked minor, marginal, and major) but also educates you on why the defect is a problem and gives you solutions on how to fix it. The report leaves you with a vast wealth of information about the house you are looking at and educates you on home maintenance in general. So again, I couldn't be more impressed and would absolutely recommend Profound Home Inspections to anyone looking for a home. It is well worth it.

Jake was absolutely amazing. He was very thorough, very patient, and very honest in his assessment. He even refunded us the sewer fees since he wasn't able to determine which line was tied to the specific unit we were having inspected in the patio home complex since all units were tied to the same line.
