What a thorough inspection! We just bought our first home in Wichita and we had Jake come out to give it a look over. I couldn't be more impressed with the inspection done by Jake. He did an extremely thorough inspection over every last detail of the house and made an even more detailed report. The report you get from him not only shows defects, (ranked minor, marginal, and major) but also educates you on why the defect is a problem and gives you solutions on how to fix it. The report leaves you with a vast wealth of information about the house you are looking at and educates you on home maintenance in general. So again, I couldn't be more impressed and would absolutely recommend Profound Home Inspections to anyone looking for a home. It is well worth it.
