Jake is very thorough during his time at the property. Very easy to work with and friendly. He is very honest and will tell you the truth. It maybe a little pricey compared to other inspector but your money will be worth it. In my case, little things around the house that me and my wife ask during the walk around, he know exactly what happened and will explain to you.
